John “J.J.” Semidey

Owner & Professional Inspector | ABC Inspection, LLC

J.J. Semidey became a Texas Professional Inspector in 2008, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and founded ABC Inspection, LLC that same year.

From the beginning, J.J.’s vision for ABC Inspection has been simple: serve every client with respect, honesty, and professionalism while providing a thorough, easy-to-understand inspection report in a timely manner. His goal is to give clients the information they need to make a confident and informed decision about their property purchase.

J.J. has proudly called Texas home for more than 30 years. Although he wasn’t born here, as he likes to say, “I got here as fast as I could!”

Outside of inspecting homes and serving his clients, J.J. is a dedicated family man. He and his wife have been married for more than 20 years, and together they have a large family that includes five children and ten grandchildren.

For J.J., inspecting a property is about more than identifying defects. It’s about helping people understand the property they are considering and giving them the knowledge they need to move forward with confidence.
